Ray Wiebe practices primarily family law. His family law practice is focused on high net worth clients, many of whom are in the farming or business sectors. He has successfully conducted many trials in the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and appeals in the Court of Appeal. He is also a Qualified Family Law Arbitrator and has served as Chairman of the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission.
Clayton was born and raised in Saskatchewan and enjoys working with clients who, like him, have a fascination for the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of folks from the Prairies. Clayton works with small business owners, farm clients, and members of the transportation industry. He also has a busy real estate practice and particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers.
Lindsay Hart (Wacholtz) is a partner in our Regina office with a civil litigation practice, focused on family law and estate litigation. Lindsay is a Qualified Arbitrator and Collaborative Law Lawyer. She has appeared in all levels of Court. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Deborah Giles is a family law lawyer in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Deborah has extensive litigation and negotiation experience and has successfully argued and defended matters in all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. Deborah has a general family law practice; however has a particular passion for family farm files.
Aadon Fieger is an associate in the firm’s Regina office. Aadon’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, business, and wills and estates issues. Having broad experience as both a solicitor and litigator in a variety of practice areas, Aadon is well equipped in advising his clients on navigating complex and dynamic legal questions.
Glenn practices primarily in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution in the Saskatoon office. He has years of experience helping family law clients in all aspects of their separation. Glenn is also an experienced civil and commercial litigator who has successfully resolved complex matters on behalf of large organizations, entrepreneurs and individuals at all levels of Saskatchewan courts.
