Clayton’s practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, realization, foreclosure and insolvency proceedings, builders’ liens, real estate transactions and disputes, estate planning and administration, and disputes where business, property, and personal interests intersect. He works with many small and medium-sized businesses and owner operators across a variety of industries. Clayton is an active member of the Saskatoon business community, currently serving on the board for the Saskatoon and region home builders association and the Saskatchewan trucking association.
