Kate Joa is a partner in our Saskatoon office. Kate practices primarily in the area of family law and has extensive experience in assisting her clients successfully resolve family law disputes.
Kate’s practice focuses on family law litigation and estates.
Kate has experience in all areas of family law including parenting, maintenance and support, property division, and divorce.
Kate takes a client centered approach to identify the goals of each client and focuses on the best way to reach those goals. Kate takes pride in her ability to help clients navigate through the stresses of separation and divorce to achieve the best results possible.
Kate enjoys working with a variety of clients, including individuals with complex property, support and parenting issues.
Kate regularly attends court on behalf of her clients and is an experienced negotiator. Kate is a certified collaborative lawyer.
In addition to practicing family law, Kate has experience in estate planning and enjoys helping her client’s find the peace of mind that comes along with completing a comprehensive estate plan.
