Karyn Kowalski is a litigation associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Karyn maintains a broad litigation practice and has experience with a variety of labour and employment, insurance, civil, and estate disputes.
Karyn’s litigation practice focuses on labour and employment law, estate litigation, insurance law, and civil litigation. She also regularly assists clients with estate planning and estate administration.
Karyn advises employers and employees in both non-union and union workplaces, with particular interest in wrongful termination claims, contract issues, and workplace policies.
Karyn also assists clients to resolve estate litigation disputes. Her experience includes issues of will interpretation, will validity, testamentary capacity and undue influence, and executor rights and responsibilities.
Karyn has appeared as counsel before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, and the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board.
