Well-versed in all major areas of practice, Glenn has particular experience with high-net worth clients, including farmers and entrepreneurs.
Glenn is also an experienced civil and commercial litigator. He represents a wide variety of clients with diverse issues, including oppression claims, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, employment matters, and other civil matters. He has successfully resolved complex matters on behalf of large organizations, farmers, entrepreneurs and individuals.
He also has significant estate litigation experience, including issues regarding the validity of wills and testamentary instruments on grounds of capacity and undue influence, relief to dependants, and family law property claims regarding estates.
Glenn has successfully represented clients in every Saskatchewan court, with numerous reported decisions. He also has a favourable track-record of negotiating and drafting comprehensive settlement agreements that meet client objectives and provide certainty and finality faster than litigated outcomes.
In addition, Glenn brings a corporate/commercial law background and experience negotiating, advising and drafting a variety of purchase/sale transactions, financings, reorganizations and shareholder/partnership agreements.
