- Advising on municipal infrastructure projects using various types of procurement models, including design-bid-build, design-build, progressive design-build, construction management, P3 and integrated project delivery
- Creating municipal corporations and related governance structures
- Advising on municipal planning and land development, including drafting zoning bylaws, land development policies, and development and servicing agreements
- Acquiring and negotiating lands and easements required for municipal roads, utilities or other municipal uses
- Facilitating municipal transactions relating to the sale, lease, subdivision and development of land
We also act on behalf of public, corporate and individual clients in relation to subdivision, development and zoning approvals, municipal assessment and taxation, and expropriation.
