Gordon is a partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office. His practice focuses on all aspects of labour & employment law, arbitration law and adjudication. He regularly represents clients before the Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards and the courts. Prior to joining the firm, Gordon held senior executive corporate roles and senior adjudicative positions.
Amanda is an experienced senior litigator. She acts in complex multi-party commercial and class action litigation, and works with clients and lawyers from other jurisdictions in multi-jurisdictional cases. She defends professionals in licensing-related complaints. She has argued at all levels of courts in Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada, and arbitral and administrative tribunals.
Mike’s litigation practice focuses on labour and employment law, and civil and commercial litigation. His experience includes acting for employers on the full range of issues relating to the workplace, including collective bargaining, human rights, arbitrations, and wrongful dismissal claims.
Lauren J. Wihak's practice focuses on administrative and public law, civil litigation, and appeals. Lauren previously clerked at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Lauren has appeared before various trial courts, appeal courts in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She is fluent in English and French.
Nicole C. Krupski Oram is a litigation associate in the firm’s Regina Office who maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. Nicole also maintains a practice in insurance, labour and employment, and criminal law. She has experience as counsel before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Court of King's Bench and Provincial Court, as well as various administrative tribunals.
