Jyoti Haeusler has a general practice focusing on immigration and family law. Jyoti assists clients with preparing applications under the federal guidelines as well as the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program. She has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Immigration Appeal Division, as well as the Federal Court of Canada.

In Jyoti’s family law practice she has assisted clients in preparing interspousal and cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, petitions for divorce and custody of children. Jyoti has represented her clients before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, and Court of Appeal. 

Jyoti also practices general civil litigation, wills and estates, and residential real estate.
