Jonathan Milani is a litigation associate in the firm’s Regina office. Jon maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes. He has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
Jon maintains a broad, complex civil and commercial litigation practice.
Jon has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes and appeals, including those involving breaches of contract, shareholder oppression, questions of first instance statutory interpretation and intellectual property claims. Jon also has varied estate litigation experience, including will challenges and powers of attorney challenges. He has been involved in numerous procedural matters in the courts, including applications for production, cross-examinations, injunctions and preservation orders, strike applications and civil contempt proceedings.
Jon has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and has prepared written submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada.
During law school, Jon served as a Managing Editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review. He also competed in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot.
