Nicole Folk is an associate in the Regina office. Nicole maintains a practice primarily focused in the area of family law and has experience with both complex and simple disputes. Nicole understands the emotional intricacies and difficulties that may accompany family law disputes and she strives to reach an expeditious resolution that is aimed at reducing conflict.

Overview

Nicole offers several approaches in an attempt to resolve matters stemming from the breakdown of a relationship including, but not limited to, collaboration, negotiation and litigation. She has assisted clients with matters involving divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and the division of property. Nicole has successfully argued many of these issues before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench. However, she also has experience preparing Interspousal Contracts such as pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, parenting and custody agreements as well as child support agreements.
