Marni Renner is the Director of Administration responsible for the Regina office. She brings over 25 years of human resources experience to McDougall Gauley LLP.
Marni coordinates human resource management functions in the areas of employment, supervising, coaching, positive employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, facilities, and human resources policy development.
Marni is a member of the management team, working directly with the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Committee.
Marni is a professional certified coach. She has her certified human resources professional designation and has over 25 years of human resources experience in the public and private sectors.
