Heather E. Kelly is an associate who works in the Regina office. Heather maintains a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation, as well as a practice in criminal, insurance, and family law.
Heather E. Kelly joined McDougall Gauley in 2021 as an articling student and became an associate with the firm after being called to the bar in June of 2022. She earned her Juris Doctor from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan.
Heather maintains a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation as well as a practice in criminal, insurance, and family law. She has experience preparing written and oral submissions to Saskatchewan courts and arbitrators.
Heather was raised in White City, Saskatchewan. Prior to attending law school, Heather completed her Bachelor of Human Justice at the University of Regina.
