Everhett is an associate with the Saskatoon office. His practice is focused on family law.
Everhett is a dedicated family law associate at McDougall Gauley, bringing a strong academic background and practical experience to his role. He earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, and he recently completed his Master of Laws at the University of Toronto while working as a legal intern for a large boutique family law firm in downtown Toronto.
Everhett began his legal career clerking at the Court of King’s Bench in Saskatoon, where he gained valuable insights into the judicial process. Following his clerkship, he worked in house with a police service before transitioning to family law. Known for his empathetic approach and attention to detail, Everhett works closely with clients to help them navigate the legal, financial, and other challenges involved in family disputes. He is committed to achieving fair and practical outcomes.
