William G. Lane, partner with McDougall Gauley in Regina, recently co-authored an article in the Saskatchewan Law Review (the "Law Review") entitled “The Judgments of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, 2021 and 2022” (Volume 86(2), 2023). The Law Review is published semi-annually by the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, and publishes researched articles and comments by practicing and academic members of the legal profession.
The article is the latest in a long-running series of articles in the Law Review, reviewing and analyzing the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan’s annual output. This year’s article addresses the Court’s 2021 and 2022 output.
William is a partner in McDougall Gauley’s Regina office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, and regulatory matters. He has appeared before both the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.
