The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Medal (Saskatchewan) celebrates the 70th anniversary of Her Majesty's accession to the Throne as Queen of Canada. This award honours those who have made a significant contribution to their community or fellow citizens.

Raymond has demonstrated outstanding service to the province in his capacity as Chairman of Legal Aid Saskatchewan, an organization dedicated to making professional legal services accessible. Raymond has been in his position as Chairman since 2021, and previously held the title of commissioner (2016-2020).

Raymond has built a robust family law practice and is a Qualified Family Law Arbitrator. He has been named one of the "Best Lawyers in Canada" in Family Law by The Best Lawyers™ from 2016-2022. His practice includes wills, estates and trusts, as well as commercial and residential real estates.
