After a year of articles with McDougall Gauley, Jordan Graham, Amanda Kimpinski, Nicole Krupski, Adam MacNeil, Kalen Oram, Emily Sutherland, and Sarah Wingerak were called to the bar, making them our newest lawyers.
Jordan Graham (Saskatoon) – joined the firm as an articling student in 2019 and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. Jordan’s practice includes criminal defence, insurance law, construction law, environmental regulation, civil litigation, and general business matters.
Amanda Kimpinski (Saskatoon) – joined the firm as an articling student in 2019 and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in June of 2020. Amanda’s practice focuses primarily on family law and wills and estate matters. Amanda’s practice also includes insurance law, labour and employment law, and estate administration.
Nicole Krupski (Regina) – joined the firm as a summer student in 2017, articled with the firm in 2019, and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. She maintains a general civil litigation practice.
Adam MacNeil (Regina) – joined the firm as an articling student in 2019 and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. Adam maintains a general practice with a focus on litigation. His practice also includes debt recovery, and wills and estates.
Kalen Oram (Regina) – joined the firm as a summer student in 2017, articled with the firm in 2019, and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. Kalen’s practice focuses primarily on business law / commercial law, corporate law & governance, bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership & debt recovery, labour & employment law and litigation.
Emily Sutherland (Saskatoon) - joined the firm as an articling student in 2019 and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. She maintains a general litigation practice focused primarily on civil litigation and corporate and commercial law. Emily’s practice also includes wills and estate administration and insurance law.
Sarah Wingerak (Saskatoon) - joined the firm as an articling student in 2019 and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar in July of 2020. Sarah practices general litigation and corporate commercial law. Her practice includes insurance law, wills and estates, estate administration, labour and employment law and family law.
