McDougall Gauley Welcomes New Lawyers

McDougall Gauley is proud to welcome four new lawyers to the firm.

After a year of articles with McDougall Gauley, Riley Braun, Paul Fedoroff, Arran Ferguson, and Karyn Kowalski signed the rolls to become lawyers.

Riley Braun is located in our Regina office and brings with him experience in complex corporate and commercial issues including reviewing and drafting legal agreements, commercial leases, and business contracts as well as experience with business organizational structures and commercial financing.

Paul Fedoroff is located in our Saskatoon office. During his articles, Paul gained experience in providing comprehensive legal services in a variety of areas including: insolvency matters, civil litigation, corporate governance, securities, and commercial transactions.

Arran Ferguson is located in our Saskatoon office. Arran recently attended a conference by the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan, and intends on using the collaborative process in his family law practice.

Karyn Kowalski is located in our Saskatoon office. Prior to law school, Karyn pursued the combined commerce and law program, where she majored in finance.
