McDougall Gauley lawyers have been supporting Pro Bono Saskatchewan for decades through volunteer work in a variety of programs. McDougall Gauley is proud to announce that they are now supporting a new program called 'Rural Initiative Project' that allows lawyers to provide legal assistance via video conferencing software. This allows smaller communities to draw from a larger pool of lawyers to support Pro Bono needs in their communities.

Free legal clinics are meant to serve low and modest income individuals who cannot afford a lawyer or for whom retaining a lawyer would be a significant financial burden. Lawyers at the clinics volunteer their time to provide advice and assistance to help clients better understand their rights and responsibilities and to advance their legal actions.
