He has argued successfully in the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and prepared written submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada. Jon has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada "Ones to Watch" (Corporate and Commercial Litigation), for 2025.
