Jon maintains a broad, complex civil and commercial litigation practice.

Jon has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes and appeals. Jon also has varied estate litigation experience. Jon has been involved in numerous procedural matters in the courts. He has argued successfully in the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and prepared written submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada. Jon has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada "Ones to Watch" (Corporate and Commercial Litigation), for 2025.
