McDougall Gauley LLP is pleased to welcome Arran Ferguson, Calen Nixon and Paul Fedoroff to the partnership.
Arran’s practice focuses primarily in the area of family law. Arran strives to reach reasonable resolutions in relation to all matters arising from a divorce or separation outside of the court process. He also has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed within the court process when required. Arran has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.
Arran graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law. He joined McDougall Gauley in 2016 as an articling student.
Calen advises employers in all areas of labour, employment and administrative law. He also has experience litigating and resolving complex commercial disputes including shareholder and intellectual property disputes. Calen regularly appears before various tribunals, including the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. Calen has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan.
Calen attended the University of British Columbia for undergraduate studies. He then attended the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. He received the Award of Distinction for the Saskatchewan Bar Admission Program in 2014-2015.
Paul’s practice focusses primarily on insolvency/restructuring, debt recovery and commercial litigation. Paul acts for a variety of financial institutions, Licensed Insolvency Trustees, landlords, distressed companies, secured creditors and construction companies. Paul has represented clients before the Courts of Saskatchewan and in commercial arbitrations.
Paul attended the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. While in law school, Paul served as the President of the Law Students’ Association.
