James F. Rybchuk, Q.C., C.Dir. graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1994 and was called to the Bar in 1995. He has worked his entire career with McDougall Gauley law firm in Regina, where he became a partner in 2005. He was honoured with a Queen’s Counsel designation in 2008.
While at McDougall Gauley James' practice focused on a broad legal practice with particular emphasis in business law and litigation. He acted for and advised local, provincial, national and international businesses and governments on their governance, organizational and related general business affairs and dealings, including the day-to-day management and operations of their interests.
In addition to James' significant legal career with the firm, he was also a dedicated community member sitting on many boards and working with a variety of charities.
The partners, associates and staff will miss having James at McDougall Gauley but are very proud of this significant achievement. Congratulations James!
