McDougall Gauley LLP is proud to announce that James Korpan, Q.C. has been elected President of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
James graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1992. He has spent his entire career with McDougall Gauley LLP (formerly McDougall Ready). He practices primarily in litigation with a focus on family and criminal law.
James was elected as a Bencher in 2018 and has served on the Discipline Policy, Governance, Competency, and Future of Legal Services Committees, as well as in the role of a hearing officer.
James and his family live in his hometown of Regina. He is active in the community, serving as President of the Regina Cycle Club and as a Regina Ski Club volunteer.
