McDougall Gauley LLP is pleased to announce that Gail Wartman, Q.C. has recently been awarded the Queen's Counsel designation. This appointment recognizes the professional integrity and significant contributions to the practice of law and to the citizens of Saskatchewan.
Gail Wartman was called to the bar in 1980 and became a partner with McDougall Gauley in 2013. Before joining McDougall Gauley, Gail worked as a private practitioner and for the City of Regina. She also spent two years at the legislative building as chief of staff to a cabinet minister. Gail has been involved in providing legal advice in the area of wills, estates and trusts, estate litigation, residential real estate, and municipal law. Gail is a very active volunteer in her community of Moose Jaw both in the arts and legal community. She is currently the CBA Saskatchewan President.
