McDougall Gauley LLP's Amanda M. Quayle, K.C. has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in North America.
The ACTL is an invitation-only Fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. The ACTL strives to preserve and enhance trial practice, civility, professionalism, and the administration of justice through support of an independent judiciary, the rule of law, trial by jury, and access to justice. This year, the College is celebrating its 75th anniversary.
The induction ceremony at which Amanda became a Fellow took place on Mach 8, 2025 before an audience of approximately 700 during the recent Spring Meeting of the College in Maui, Hawaii.
Amanda is an experienced senior litigator. She acts in complex multi-party commercial and class action litigation, and works with clients and lawyers from other jurisdictions in multi-jurisdictional cases. She defends professionals in licensing-related complaints. She has argued at all levels of courts in Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada, and arbitral and administrative tribunals.
The firm congratulates Amanda on this significant recognition.
