Holli Kuski Bassett has a practice as a litigator with a focus on all areas and aspects of the civil litigation process. She assists clients with the resolution of contentious matters involving commercial and contractual disputes, estate issues, land ownership disputes, and administrative proceedings including professional discipline.

Holli also practices in the area of wills, trusts and estates, and advises clients in both contentious and non-contentious estate matters. She has extensive experience with guardianship applications as well.

Individuals, small businesses, insurers, public and private corporations, land owners, and executors constitute Holli’s diverse client base. She has been an advocate for clients at both the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and the Saskatchewan Provincial Court.
