Adam MacNeil is a litigation associate in the Regina office. Adam has experience in managing litigation files, and experience being staffed on large, complex litigation matters. Adam also assists clients in all areas of estate planning and administration.
Adam primarily practices within the commercial and civil litigation group, and provides a wide array of services, including:
- Acting for financial institutions enforcing security agreements, including residential mortgage foreclosures;
- Commencing actions in the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, and managing litigation files, including attendances at mediation, and conducting questionings;
- Arguing applications within the Court of King’s Bench, including civil chambers, special hearings, and judicial reviews;
- Assisting land and business owners with environmental civil and regulatory litigation;
- Representing parties in debt recovery and judgement enforcement claims; and
- Experience in large scale, complex litigation matters involving a large number of documents, and assisting clients in using eDiscovery software to efficiently analyze and organize evidence.
Adam assists clients in all aspects of Estate Planning and Administration, including preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Directives, and applying for Letters Probate and Letters of Administration.
Adam is also a sessional lecturer within the University of Regina’s Business Administration Faculty, teaching the Business 307 – Business Law course.
