Jyoti Haeusler has a general practice focusing on immigration law.  Jyoti assists clients with preparing applications under the federal guidelines as well the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program. She has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Immigration Appeal Division. 

Jyoti also practices family law, commercial and residential real estate and wills, estates and trusts. With her family law practice, Jyoti has assisted clients in preparing interspousal and cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, and petitions for divorce and child custody.
