Scott Wickenden’s practice is focused primarily on labour and employment law, civil litigation, residential real estate, administrative law and wills and estates. He advises employers and individuals in relation to all labour and employment issues, both union and non-union. He has dealt with all employment matters including occupational health and safety prosecutions, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals and employment standards hearings.
Scott’s litigation practice includes handling defence work for a number of corporate clients as well as estate litigation.
Scott has appeared in front of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Provincial Court, Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Canada, Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board and has completed many arbitrations. Scott was a Labour Standards adjudicator from 2011 to 2012.
