Bob Millar maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice with an emphasis on corporate organizations, governance and related business law issues. His securities practice deals with local compliance issues pertaining to national offerings, as well as advising with respect to private placements utilizing applicable capital raising exemptions. Bob also practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, taxation and estate planning.
